I had an hair appointment and they had to reschedule, which was fine. Then the day of the appointment, I don't know what happened, they have to reschedule. I was in Crete, Illinois, helping out with the storm came back to McHenry to find out, I did not have an appointment. Just very annoyed will not be going there anymore
I was given a 200 gift certificate to Valerie’s for Xmas my husband bought it for me I tried to book an appointment very limited appointments for six months the certificate was for Kaylee did not know I could only use it with her and no one else at the salon. They are independent contractors and work for themselves and not the salon. I work days cannot go during day hours. I talked to Kaylee she was very rude and even said what took you so long to book an appointment? And honestly I dont even want to do your hair! So now I’m out 200 and can’t even get a refund or see a different stylist. She would not refund me. Don’t get scammed like I did ask what available appointments they have before buying. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
Danielle does an Amazing & Exceptional Job on My Nails Every-time. I show her a pic or tell her what I’m looking for & She Creates a Masterpiece. ❤️👍🏻
I just visited this salon today in search of a quality nail tech and I finally found her! Leslie did such a fabulous job and I am so pleased. I have thick thumbs and pretty large nail beds and she was able to master the art of making my hands look longer and thinner! Leslie communicated very well and it was a great combination of letting her be the artist but she also listened to me and the outcome is nothing short of just amazing! In addition, they do hair, eyelash extensions, facials and waxing and even more. They also have cute little items throughout the salon boutique style for sale. I am very happy with Leslie and her skills we have already set up my next appointment. LOVE this place!
Valerie's is a beautiful salon and spa. They offer hair, nail & esthetic services as well as permanent make-up, microblading & eyelash extensions.
