I had an hair appointment and they had to reschedule, which was fine. Then the day of the appointment, I don't know what happened, they have to reschedule. I was in Crete, Illinois, helping out with the storm came back to McHenry to find out, I did not have an appointment. Just very annoyed will not be going there anymore
I was given a 200 gift certificate to Valerie’s for Xmas my husband bought it for me I tried to book an appointment very limited appointments for six months the certificate was for Kaylee did not know I could only use it with her and no one else at the salon. They are independent contractors and work for themselves and not the salon. I work days cannot go during day hours. I talked to Kaylee she was very rude and even said what took you so long to book an appointment? And honestly I dont even want to do your hair! So now I’m out 200 and can’t even get a refund or see a different stylist. She would not refund me. Don’t get scammed like I did ask what available appointments they have before buying. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
